DinoSync currently only have one types of accounts: account owner. Staff/member account with different permission options will be available in future update.
The account owner is the person whose email and contact information were originally used to sign up for DinoSync. Only account owners can:
- Change pricing plans.
- Manage account details like business name, credit card, and account email.
- Create and manage staff accounts. (coming soon)
- Manage payment options.
- Change billing information.
- Add or change integrations with marketplaces like Lazada.
- Manage inventory and orders.
If you want to unsubscribe your account, please see How to unsubscribe. If you want to cancel your account during your free trial and you haven’t selected a pricing plan, then no action is needed. Your account will be inactive at the end of your trial and you will not be charged.
