DinoSync is a software owned and run by Red Dino Sdn Bhd (1259533-P). DinoSync is an e-Commerce platform provider that allows to upload and sell across multiple Marketplaces (Lazada, 11street, Lelong, Shopee and more) and Online Webstore.
By subscribing to DinoSync, you accepted that you have read and understand, and agree the terms and conditions set below and any future amendments thereto (“Terms of Service”).
Customers shall not sublease, sub host, or give away control of any portion of their RED DINO space and/or resources (indulging, but not limited to, e-mail accounts, space, ftp accounts, etc.), unless otherwise stated on our website.
Red Dino Services’ features (excluding payment gateway services and third party plug-ins) are listed on the Red Dino official website and are available according to the package you sign up for. For full details, please refer to our webpage at here.
Red Dino will inform you by email of important information such as service outages, updates, modifications or new developments to Red Dino Services and any changes to these Terms of Service.
Red Dino may, at its own discretion, within THIRTY (30) DAYS’ notice to you:
If you find any change unacceptable, you may deactivate your account. Your continued use of Red Dino Services after the coming into force of the change (expiry of the notice) constitutes your continued acceptance of the Terms of Service as amended.
Red Dino maintains a strict no refund policy and does not provide refunds.
You may cancel your account at any time by emailing us at support@reddinoventures.com.
However, you are liable for the charge(s) for the 12 months during which you have cancelled your account. Upon cancellation, Red Dino may delete any data file associated with your use of the Red Dino Services.
All services provided by RED DINO may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Malaysia law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statue. The subscriber agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless RED DINO from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any RED DINO server. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or Link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to RED DINO servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

RED DINO will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision, and reserves the right to deactivate and remove any site at any time for any reason without refund!
You shall to ensure that any information or data you post or cause to appear on our platform in connection with Red Dino Services is accurate and agree to take sole responsibility for such information and data.
RED DINO will respond to all reports of infringement that are formatted in accordance with any applicable copyright laws. Notices of infringement that do not comply with the law will not be processed. We will act in accordance when handling infringement reports.
If RED DINO’s system administration team determines that a customer’s account is utilizing an unacceptable amount of system resources, RED DINO may at its own discretion temporarily deactivate the account in question. If RED DINO’s staff deems necessary, an eviction notice may be sent to the customer of an offending account providing them with ten (10) days in which to either upgrade to a dedicated server or locate a new provider. This only occurs in extreme cases.
RED DINO will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Because of the nature of this provision, each account will be considered and analysed individually.

RED DINO’s hosting accounts include a nightly backup service, however these backups are for RED DINO’s administrative purposes only, and are in NO WAY GUARANTEED! Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own personal computers. RED DINO does not provide any sort of compensation for lost or incomplete data in the event that backups do not function properly (even if the malfunction was due to negligence on RED DINO’s part). We will do our best to ensure complete and accurate backups, but assume no responsibility for this duty. Always backup your site’s contents by exporting it to CSV file to your personal computer! We make no guarantees about the availability of backups.
We shall not be liable to you for any losses whatsoever or howsoever caused (regardless of the form of action) arising directly or indirectly in connection with:
Any risk of misunderstanding, error, damage, expense or losses resulting from the use of the platform is entirely at your own risk and we shall not be liable therefor.
At RED DINO, we always treat our customers with the utmost respect. In return, we expect the same from you. If our staff feels that you are consistently addressing them in a demeaning or rude manner, your account may be suspended and you may be asked to take your business elsewhere. In the event that we terminate service for support abuse, customers will be given ten (10) days of notice to find a new host. We will issue a refund only for the unused portion of pre-paid service.
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a RED DINO server or using a return email address that is maintained on a RED DINO is STRICTLY prohibited. Using SPAM to advertise a site hosted on RED DINO’s network also constitutes as a violation of this provision. RED DINO will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Sites found to be in violation of our SPAM policies will be immediately deactivated and no refund will be issued.

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a RED DINO’s server or customer of RED DINO is strictly prohibited. You shall not use or upload, in any way, any software or material that contains, or which you have reason to suspect that contains, viruses, damaging components, malicious code or harmful components which may impair or corrupt our platform’s data or damage or interfere with the operation of our platform or services or our customer’s computer or mobile device.
RED DINO will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Customers found in violation of this provision will be subject to account deactivation without refund. RED DINO will turn all available information about abuse incidents, including customer contact data, over to the proper authorities and press charges.
Failure to fully comply with these terms is grounds for account suspension and/or deactivation (with or without refund, subject to RED DINO’s sole discretion). Any accounts and/or servers contained within RED DINO’s network must adhere to the above policies.
We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice. If we deactivate your account for violating policy, you will forfeit your rights to a refund–and none will be given. No refunds for advanced payment. Our normal policy is a warning first, and account deactivation the second offense, but no warning is required.
RED DINO reserves the right to deactivate and remove any site hosted on our servers that contains any content that it deems in its sole discretion to be unacceptable, undesirable or contraindicated.
Red Dino hold the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.
Red Dino reserve the right to refuse service to any party for any reason at any time.
Red Dino has the right to remove Contents containing unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Red Dino customer, Red Dino employee, member, or officer will result in immediate Account termination.
Red Dino does not pre-screen Content and it is in our sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.
Red Dino has the right to provide our services to your competitors and make no promise of exclusivity in any particular market segment.
In the event of a dispute regarding Account ownership, we reserve the right to request documentation to Identify and confirm Account ownership. Documentation may include a scanned copy of your SSM business license certificate, Company letterhead and so forth.
Red Dino has the right to determine, make final judgment, rightful Account ownership and transfer an Account to the rightful owner. If we are unable to reasonably determine the rightful Account owner,
Red Dino reserves the right to temporarily disable an Account until resolution has been determined between the disputing parties. Red Dino shall not be responsible for any modification or suspension of the services or functions, in part or in whole.
If at any time any provision of these Terms of Service shall be or shall become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired thereby, and shall continue in force as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision was severed from these Terms of Service.
Use of the Platform and/or the Services and these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysia law.
We shall not be liable for non-performance, error, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms of Use (or any part thereof) or for any inaccuracy, unreliability or unsuitability of the Platform’s and/or Services’ contents if this is due, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to an event or failure which is beyond our reasonable control.
